By observing the natural world transition from spring to summer and then to autumn and winter, we learn that these months encourage us to prepare for a shift in energy, opportunity & perspective as we dive into a season of limitless possibility.

Our Goddess workshops are led by the talented Nya - massage therapist, personal trainer, movement coach, and dancer. They are designed to help you move into alignment with the energy of each season.

 
 

Join Nya in closing the energetic cycle of the year with the Winter Goddess Workshop. Discover how to embrace winter’s deep, quiet energy through self-touch as we transition into a season of rest, introspection, and nourishment.

This workshop creates space for you to reflect on how the season shapes your personal rhythm and offers guidance in blending massage oils to support your winter experience.

 

WINTER GODDESS WORKSHOP

Drawing on the ancient and time-honored use of essential oils in human healing, let your intuition lead you in crafting a blend that resonates with your needs this season. Whether to invite slowness (frankincense, myrrh, vetiver), kindle warmth (ginger, cinnamon, clove), or shed what no longer serves you (cypress, eucalyptus, juniper), join us in preparing for this restful and healing hibernation.

Meet our coach and massage therapist Nya

Nya is a holistic movement and massage practitioner from North London.

Her practice involves embodying self-nourishing behaviours and learning how to listen to the body’s intuitive and instinctual desires for self-given intimacy.

The connection between mind, body and movement for Nya is enriched by touch - being able to share the gift of indulging in moving for comfort, craving and softness is how she encourages people to reconnect, heal and live in the homes that are our bodies.
